You have a wonderfully clear writing style: each concise paragraph is a self-contained unit with a clear thesis, and the paragraphs together form a whole in terms of the question(s) to which you were responding. In business, I have found that the three most important skills are (a) communication; (b) communication; and (c) communication. You&#039;ve got communication down pat.

2.Your concluding sentence is helpful to me as an educator. While, on the one hand, I want technology to be in the service of teaching and learning, I, on the other hand, do not want to be afraid to experiment with technology that may prove, in the end, not to be in that service. Risk-taking is an essential element of any business--including the education business.
